The client, by engaging in Agata Castro's services, exempt Agata Castro (Mental Coach & International Therapist) from any responsibility, claim or lawsuit that may be filed against her, regarding my physical and/or mental well-being during the work outlined and agreed (now and in the future).

Practice Scope:

I understand that neither Agata Castro nor the services and therapies provided by her should be considered a substitute for services in psychiatry, psychotherapy or medicine.

Participation:

Through this, I give Agata Castro permanent and irrevocable permission to use any Mental Reprograming thecnics to achieve the goals discussed in session, including, but not limited to, Clinical Hypnosis, Rapid Transformational Therapy, Coaching, NLP, Reiki or other techniques considered relevant during the sessions, as previously agreed, knowing that my total involvement in the Transformation process plays a role key to achieving the quick, comprehensive and permanent Transformation I seek.

Video and Audio Recording:

Where applicable, I grant Agata Castro permission to make audio recordings that may include my voice or likeness. I understand that if a recording (or recordings) is made during or after my session or class, Agata Castro owns all copyright and copyright of any and all forms of media that may be produced and shared with me.

I understand that such materials are personal and non-transferable, authorizing Agata Castro to use such materials for the purpose of disclosing or promoting its services, however safeguarding the secrecy regarding my identification or everything that concerns my personal sphere, except prior authorization from me.

I declare that on engaging Agata Castro’s services, I am in agreement with these terms.
